Creatorpop legal

Terms of Service

The ground rules for using Creatorpop, written to be clear about your rights and responsibilities.

Effective 21 September 2026

01

Your agreement with us

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Creatorpop's websites, applications, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

02

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement where you live. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure, for the activity under your account, and for giving us accurate, current information. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

03

Using Creatorpop

Creatorpop provides tools and educational resources for planning content, organising a publishing rhythm, and supporting creator growth. Features may evolve as the Service develops.

You may use the Service only in accordance with applicable law and these terms. You must not:

  • use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
  • interfere with the Service, bypass security or access controls, or test vulnerabilities without written permission;
  • scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or use automated means to access the Service except where the law expressly permits it;
  • upload malware, infringing material, or content that violates another person's rights; or
  • resell or commercially exploit the Service unless we have agreed to it in writing.
04

Your content

You keep ownership of the content and information you submit to Creatorpop. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and provide features you request.

You are responsible for your content and for having all permissions needed to use it. You can remove content through the Service where that functionality is available.

05

Third-party services

The Service may connect to or rely on third-party services, including authentication, hosting, analytics, and social platforms. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services.

Creatorpop is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram or Meta. You remain responsible for complying with the rules of any third-party platform you use.

06

Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, brand, and original content, belongs to Creatorpop or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership of the Service or our brand to you.

07

Changes and availability

We work to keep Creatorpop useful and available, but we do not promise that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, and may introduce or change usage limits. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice when practicable.

08

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Creatorpop at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly breach these terms, create risk or possible legal exposure, or misuse the Service. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

09

Disclaimers

The Service and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Creatorpop provides planning tools and general educational information, not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. We do not guarantee audience growth, platform reach, revenue, brand partnerships, or any other business outcome.

10

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creatorpop and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Service, our practices, or the law. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when a change is material. Continuing to use the Service after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
